SINCRO FACTORY MY 2026

SINCRO movement

The moment eagerly awaited by trial enthusiasts has arrived: Beta launches the new Sincro Factory. After revolutionising the game with the introduction of the all-new MY26 Sincro, Beta continues its tradition with the Factory models, which represent the ultimate expression of competition in the trial segment, according to the Florence, Italy – based manufacturer.

This Factory version is designed for those who are wanting a higher level of performance in trial competition. Every component has been designed to reduce weight, increase responsiveness and ensure a direct connection between the bike, rider, and terrain. High-level components along with an engineered design provides the rider with a motorcycle capable of conquering the most technical sections with precision. With the Sincro Factory, every obstacle becomes an opportunity to push the limits and experience Trial in its purest and most adrenaline-fueled form.

The starting point for the Factory range is, of course, the all-new Sincro model, recently introduced which offers features that are not found on other brands such as:

  • Hydroformed single-beam aluminium alloy frame with new forged components and a built-in fuel cell.
  • Revised suspension with wide steering angle and completely redesigned rear shock leverage ratio.
  • New lightweight swingarm, with modified geometry and design.
  • New engine (stressed member), with a direct cylinder reed intake for broader power delivery.
  • Cooling system with new hidden internal passages for a reduction of heat transfer.
  • All-new diaphragm clutch with adjustability for different progression.
  • Additional added new components, including: rear brake, wheel hubs, airbox and much more.

Building on the technical base mentioned above, Beta has worked to enhance all of the new features found on this new model, from its benchmark manoeuvrability to the extreme manageability of the engine, to develop a bike capable of competing at the top level in all forms of trial competition.

These new Sincro Factory models have updates to their engine and chassis to enhance the character of the original Sincro range, yet with an added amount of personality that makes the Factory models a step-above.

  • ENGINE The engines of the Factory versions differ from the standard ones in the following characteristics: Black magnesium cases: a bold design that combines aesthetics and pure performance. The new magnesium cases reduce the weight by about 1 kg compared to the standard version, giving the bike uncompromising agility and responsiveness. Taking advantage of the new cooling circuit designed for the Sincro My26, the coolant does not come into contact with the magnesium alloy, preventing corrosion. This is made possible by a nylon insert mounted inside the engine case - clutch side, which creates a hidden coupling between the water pump outlet and the cylinder inlet.
  • Clutch (only for 250-300cc engines): the new diaphragm-style clutch uses a higher number of clutch disks over the standard model (7 instead of 6), while maintaining the same external dimensions. This variant allows for precise control and consistent operation, maintaining the same smoothness at the lever even with intensive use. The new clutch ensures approximately 20% more transmissible torque, even with higher power in play. All this is particularly useful in managing the most extreme repeated actions, even at high rpm, where the management of transmissible torque is very delicate. By acting on the pressure plate, the Sincro Factory clutch can also be adjusted to three different positions, changing its preload.
  • Red anodised engine oil caps. Simply for beauty.
  • Titanium exhaust: the entire exhaust system has been redesigned. The titanium exhaust manifold on the 250/300 models reduces weight by over 500g and improves performance at medium-high revs, thanks to the increased internal diameter. The silencer has also been redesigned to work in junction with the new manifold, creating a more direct system that enhances maximum power and makes the throttle response more responsive. The result is precise and responsive power delivery, which still maintains the excellent manageability of the engine, thanks to the new layout.
The SINCRO Factory 125 exhaust, also in titanium, differs from that of the larger displacement models in the first part of the manifold, which has a reduced diameter and length (cylinder side), and in a dedicated terminal. The silencer has been resized with a shorter length and a smaller diameter inner tube (compared to 250-300cc), helping to optimise the performance of this small 125cc.

In keeping with Beta tradition, the Trial Factory models are equipped with a more powerful engine than the standard model, and this feature is also confirmed for the My26.
Thanks to the lighter weight of the cases, the new titanium exhaust system and the dedicated cylinder, the bike is more manoeuvrable, while the engines ensure greater performance and rideability, guaranteeing explosive power and performance at a higher level when needed. Handling is exemplary and vibration is reduced to a minimum.

In the new 2026 model year, the spotlight is particularly on the 300 2T model, which introduces the dual sparkplug system to a trial bike for the first time.

The new Sincro 300 2T Factory is equipped with a brand-new engine, both in terms of the CYLINDER and the ENGINE HEAD, which houses two SPARKPLUGS. This system has been used on Beta’s off-road Race models with success and now it arrives on the Factory Sincro for the sport of trial.

The use of a dual sparkplug engine on the 300 2-stroke displacement represents a significant step forward in terms of efficiency and consistent performance. The presence of two ignition points also ensures more uniform combustion within the combustion chamber for the Sincro engine, reducing detonation and improving smoothness at low revs, which is crucial in trials where low speed control is everything. This system ensures faster and more controlled combustion, optimising engine response and increasing manageability. In addition, the double sparkplug contributes to better engine heat management, reducing the risk of fouling and promoting consistent performance even under prolonged use. The result is a more responsive, smoother and more powerful bike, capable of tackling technical sections with greater precision and confidence.

The new dedicated cylinder also features a different EXHAUST port design, where the flow is managed differently and more directly than on the standard model, all with the aim of increasing responsiveness and torque at low revs. The cylinder, together with the new double sparkplug engine head and redesigned exhaust system, which contribute to increasing performance at maximum rpm, creates a high-performance engine with a decisive yet manageable character throughout the entire range of use.

To control the new engine, the ECU control unit has also been modified, particularly with regard to the advance map, which has been suitably calibrated to balance the increased performance resulting from the use of the above-mentioned components.

All Sincro Factory models are not equipped with an electric starter motor, which represents an avoidable weight in racing (the electric starter can’t be added later).

CHASSIS

From a chassis and design point of view, the new Sincro Factory My 2026 differs from the standard version in the following ways:

  • Front Fork: like the Sincro, the front fork has evolved in the Factory models in terms of both mechanical operation and hydraulics compared to the past, working with a 10 mm reduced fork tube centre distance. The fork sliders are new, both in terms of aesthetics and internal machining. The reduced length of the fork tubes contributes to the weight reduction of the component, enhancing the feeling of lightness in aerial manoeuvres, while the gold finish embellishes the model both aesthetically and functionally offering reduced friction. The colouring is the result of a TIN treatment that gives the front fork excellent smoothness. The Sincro Factory My26 also features double compression damping, which on the one hand ensures better support for the most demanding landings and on the other hand significantly reduces pitching, improving traction. The hydraulic setting has been modified to cope with more racing use of the model, increasing its responsiveness. This new fork can be adjusted for rebound as well as spring preload for different riding conditions.
  • Rear Shock: Designed exclusively for Factory models, has a new mounting position which, together with a setting dedicated to the new link, makes it more progressive in its response, contributing to the centralisation of masses (without changing its wheelbase). The body is made of very light aluminium despite being larger than standard models. A new adjustment has been added for compression, while those for rebound and spring preload remain unchanged.
The new features in the suspension ensure greater progression in compression and better responsiveness in rebound, simplifying 'floating' between rocks and the ability to absorb significant impacts, such as landing from large obstacles.
  • Blue anodised billet triple clamps: these ensure rigidity and lightness (weighing approximately 100g less than the standard ones), also allowing the handlebar clamps (two mounting points) to be moved forward/backward to find the ideal riding position. The design of this component is new and significantly enhanced with machining, just like on the bikes of the Factory Team riders.
  • Black Ergal footpegs: thanks to CNC machining, they offer high structural rigidity with reduced weight, improving riding precision and force transmission. The material guarantees corrosion resistance and thermal stability, ensuring high grip for the boot even in extreme conditions, as well as having a superior aesthetic finish.
  • Blue anodised handlebar: the new blue anodised Reikon handlebar retains its unrivalled flexibility, ensuring a stunning look.
  • Custom red silicone radiator hoses: these contribute to better cooling of the engine as well as being more durable over a rubber hose while adding to the bikes racing look.
  • Galfer racing brake disks: for maximum braking power in both dry and wet conditions. The new Galfer disks with self-cleaning design are extremely lightweight, which helps to reduce the bike's unsprung weight, improving handling.
  • BrakTec brake and clutch master cylinders: the best possible choice in terms of control precision, to satisfy even the most demanding rider.
  • REAR BRAKE CALIPER with anti-vibration brake pad system
  • New blue anodised Excel rims.
  • Dunlop Geomax Trial tyres.
  • New graphics: the racing character of the model is enhanced by the new graphics, which combine the raw aluminium frame with the distinctive red and blue colour scheme typical of Beta's race-ready models. The blue anodised components complete the look of the bike, which is more racing than ever.
